Customer Service - Your views are welcome
Fylde Executive Cars has always prided itself on it's high level of customer service whether it be when answering the telephones or the service provided by our dedicated chauffeur's. In a committment to continually improve our service we are encouraging our clients to send in feedback as to how YOU think we could improve our services.
Feedback forms are available from your Chauffeur or you may email your feedback to mandy.coombes@fyldeexecutivecars.co.uk Your feedback will be used to update the working practices for our office staff and chauffeurs and we hope that it will also enable us to widen the services we are able to offer. All feedback will be treated in confidence and we hope it will help us to maintain the high standard you have come to expect from Fylde Executive Cars Ltd.
